What information do you need to book a VIP service?

A set of elements is required to book your VIP service : your international & connecting flights details, the number of passengers, your place of stay, passport copies, your contact details (telephone, email address).

Why is the service more expensive when SBH leaves?

When you leave, we collect your luggage and travel documents from your place of residence in advance, and complete all the formalities for you. This allows you to arrive at the airport as late as possible.

What happens if my international flight is delayed on the day I arrive?

Thanks to our VIP service, our agents monitor your flight on the day of your arrival. In case of delay, they do their utmost to position you on a later flight, or to offer you a solution.
